The training concept

Non Formal Education

Within the ICL programmes in Non Formal Education, we use collegial and participatory methods, we use diversity as a positive learning tool, we make critically reflective links between the concrete and the abstract, in order to facilitate the intercultural learning process.

In our ICL training, we aim to enable participants to develop intercultural competencies and to increase intercultural sensivity.
By strengthening people competences we enable them also to organise youth enhancing projects with an intercultural dimension and by this also their organizations.
