One of the main fundaments of all workshops, is that it is built
on the philosophy of interculturalism. In our point of view,
intercultural learning is not only something that we can talk,
discuss and share about in a workshop, it’s a body of
educational practice that unarguably will be ever-present during
the training programmes. It is the body of knowledge that
demands reflexivity and the development of skills by as well the
group-members as trainers themselves.
The intercultural learning aspect is the educational discourse
that will allow us to benefit from the process that take place
within the training programmes. Reflecting on the intercultural
learning process is an important component of it.
