Needs Assessment
Needs Assessments and Intakes are a very important step we
take in designing learning experiences that address your
organization's desired outcomes. The more information we can
retrieve and analyze during a Needs Assessment, the more
transferable the custom-designed training will be to your
organization.
Process design
When we design a programme, we take into account
• the group dynamic process,
• the learning process about the topic (ICL, international
teamwork, intercultural learning, participation and inclusion,...),
• the intercultural learning process of participants themselves
by participating in the programme
Methodologies
ICL training programmes contributes to an international
organization on many levels. Via our ICL and international
teamwork workshops, we engage and motivate all who participate
in our workshops and training sessions.
Specifically, our value lies in the multiple approaches and
methodologies, since ICL workshops and training sessions combine
learning by experiencing, reflecting, communicating and framing.
This approach engages participants more fully and cements
learning objectives for later review and action item planning.
The workshops are structured in order to reflect upon the own
cultural background, to breakdown stereotypes and prejudices,
and to create more intercultural sensitivity when working in
international setting.
Variation of methods
In the workshops and training sessions, we use a whole range
of methods; instructionmethods, interactionmethods, methods with
tasks, cooperationmethods, and game-methods. The workshops and
training sessions generally contains methods as brainstorming,
case studies, different types of discussions, facilitation,
questionnaires, presentations, simulation,...
What should you expect?
100% participation by all attendees, lending itself to a
sense of ownership and empowerment.
Attendees contribute to the learning process
Increase of content retention which minimizes the need for
repeat workshops for like information.

effort to fruiteful international cooperation.
